Where We Paint
We serve Naples and the surrounding Southwest Florida towns within a real, drivable service area — not a padded list of cities we don't actually work in. Every town here has its own local quirks that affect painting work. We deal with different housing stock ages, different flood and storm exposure, and even different city or county permitting offices depending on where you live.
Naples
This is our home base. We serve a wide mix of neighborhoods here, from Old Naples and Port Royal to Pelican Bay, Naples Park, and Golden Gate. The housing stock is split between older stucco homes that need serious prep work and newer construction that needs a different approach.

Marco is a barrier island connected by two bridges. Most homes here date back to the 1960s through 1980s and have heavy canal-front exposure to salt air. The island also runs its own city permitting office, which is completely separate from Collier County.

Bonita Springs has a real flood history, especially around the Imperial River and after Hurricane Ian. We factor that moisture exposure into our work here. It also falls under Lee County rather than Collier County, which changes the licensing and permitting rules.

Estero is the newest of the towns we serve, incorporated as its own Village in 2014. The construction is newer, and the neighborhoods are heavily governed by a mix of HOA and CDD rules. We know how to navigate both layers of approval.
